Step 1

Log in to your Wix dashboard. Click Settings, then Tracking Tools.

Step 2

Click + New Tool, then Custom.

Step 3

Paste the code we emailed you into the "code snippet" area.

• Give it a name; "Get Chat App" works fine.
• Select All pages so the button shows everywhere.
• Set the placement to Body - end.

Step 4

The chat button should now display on your website.

If the button does not appear, please check the following:

• If you use a caching system, purge your cache.
